Yes, we guarantee that all products sold on The Fragrance World are 100% authentic originals from the official designers and brands. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options at checkout which deliver within 1-2 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for perfumes?

We accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.
